"It’s upsetting that some businesses are only concerned about the client up until the point that they receive a 5 star review. Employees go on vacation without following up with clients and rectifying ongoing issues. Almost no accountability or communication. Look elsewhere before spending your hard earned money.

Your office manager went out of her way to accommodate my request? It took her a month to figure out what the issue was, decided to send me an ominous open ended email 5 minutes before the end of her work day at 3:30 and right before she left for a weeks vacation. I had to pull teeth between Myra and Michael to figure out what the issue was. All along, they were issuing certificates for insurance I was told to have but didn’t . Incompetent doesn’t even scratch the surface. Myra is too good to answer an email and every email Rebekah sends it attacks the customer instead of addressing the root cause of the issue. One star is too much."
